Tim Pawul

Tim Pawul is a business development and finance professional with deep expertise in the oil + Gas Minerals, Royalties, and NonOp space, a focus he has developed since 2011. In 2020, he launched the Minerals & Royalties Podcast, which has grown to become the #1 podcast dedicated to the minerals and non-op sector. Each year, Tim conducts thousands of private conversations with executives and investors across the industry, giving him a unique vantage point on strategies, investor appetite, and emerging trends. Building on this experience, Tim founded Minerals & Royalties Authority in 2021, providing strategic consulting, capital raising, and asset divestiture services for companies and investors in the Minerals & NonOp space. Tim graduated from Rice University with a BA in economics and political science.  He was also a four-year member of the Division I Men’s Golf Team.
