Tal Shmueli is a Co-Founder and Partner of Texas Venture Partners, a venture capital firm investing in defense and dual-use technologies, and Executive Director of the Texas-Israel Alliance, where he leads efforts to make Texas the premier U.S. destination for Israeli innovation. A repeat founder and former venture-backed startup executive, he previously helped launch LinkedIn's Israel practice in Europe as the company's first Israeli employee.
