Michal Ann Morrison

Founder, Michal Morrison Inc.

A professional and intellectual polymath, Michal has spent her career bridging the past and present, business and impact.

Holding degrees in History and English and a graduate degree in Theology, her academic foundation launched her into 10 years in archaeological and historical research across the Middle East and Mediterranean. She has worked for universities, environmental agencies, and even a royal family on heritage protection projects and field research in Greece, Italy, the United Arab Emirates, Turkey, Ireland, and the Americas.

A life-changing accident served as a catalyst for a significant career change, and in 2020 Michal founded her eponymous skincare company, Michal Morrison Inc., where she is proud to partner with global leaders from the fields of biotechnology, longevity, and beauty. Michal Morrison is an award-winning biomimetic skincare brand featuring patented metamolecule βSTEM6, a biotech breakthrough based in 25 years of research in regenerative medicine and stem cell science.

As a survivor of a Traumatic Brain Injury, Michal believes that businesses should be catalysts for social change. She is dedicated to not only driving scientific innovation in the beauty industry, but to building a sustainably-minded brand that prioritizes accessibility. She launched her brand’s social impact initiative, where they have partnered with One Mind, The Trevor Project, and the COPE Program in support of health equity within Indigenous communities.

As an advocate for science and innovation in women’s health, Michal has worked in communications strategy with a variety of health tech and femtech companies providing solutions that champion a patient-first approach within the American healthcare system. As a writer and project strategist, she has worked for years with an impact-driven production company on projects advancing the women’s equality movement in the field of healthcare. With her background in entrepreneurship, she is proud to serve as a business mentor to young women entering the world of entrepreneurship, and in the world of philanthropy, she is a founding member of the Advisory Board of Pathfinder International, sits on the Advisory Board to an Austin-based family foundation, and is an advocate in the professional world for mental health and brain research organizations.

Her current side quests include being a historical researcher on an in-development PBS documentary, and serving as an advisor to a CPG startup.
