

Fran Harris
Fran Harris is the Founder & CEO of Electra Beverages & Nutritionals, a better-for-you beverage targeting active women, a company she launched in 2021 on ABC’s award-winning reality business show, SHARK TANK. She’s also a real estate developer and Owner/Operator of The Athletic Club, a DFW-based portfolio of indoor and outdoor multi-sport complexes. The former Procter & Gamble sales executive managed Kroger, P&G’s largest southwest customer, before transitioning into a business consulting career with clients that included 100+ Fortune 100 companies Coca Cola, Apple, Lockheed Martin, 3M and Wells Fargo. Fran’s 30-year multi-faceted sports executive career spans a dozen verticals including investing, marketing, operations, broadcasting, media, television production, tech, and management. In 2025, Fran enters her 27th year as a national sports broadcaster — and her third season on the WNBA’s Dallas Wings broadcast team. She’s the founder of EXALT, a grassroots professional women’s basketball league launching in April 2026 that fills the gap for thousands of post collegiate women players who don’t make it to the WNBA but who still have aspirations to continue playing the game they love. Fran played on the Houston Comets first WNBA championship team in 1997, and UT’s 34-0 NCAA Championship team in 1986.
